Notice of the AGBU 88th General Assembly

The Central Board of Directors of the Armenian General Benevolent Union (the "Union") hereby gives notice to all the members of the Union qualified to attend, that the 88th General Assembly will be held on Saturday, April 4, 2015 at 11 A.M. at the Matenadaran (Mesrop Mashtots Institute of Ancient Manuscripts) conference hall.

This is the only notice which will be given for the meeting of the 88th General Assembly. We therefore request the qualified members of the Union to attend the Assembly in person at the address and on the date given above, or, deliver or submit, on or before March 4, 2015 their respective proxies duly executed and certified according to the provisions of the By-Laws, to the Secretary of the Central Board at the following address:

AGENDA OF THE MEETING

  1. Consideration and approval of the Report on the Activities of the Union for the years 2012 and 2013.
  2. Consideration and approval of the Union's Financial Reports for the years 2012 and 2013.
  3. Election of Directors.
  4. Election of a member of the Auditing Committee.
  5. Consideration and action upon any matters incidental to the foregoing and any matters which may properly come before the meeting or any adjournments thereof, including amendments to the bylaws.
  6. Consideration of any recommendation and resolution of the General Assembly.
