Yerevan Scouts' Swearing-in Ceremony at Arabkir Youth Center
The official swearing-in ceremony of the 25 new members of the AGBU Yerevan Scout movement took place at AGBU and Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin Arabkir Youth Center on December 19, 2010.
Members of the AGBU Yerevan Scout Council, scout leaders, and members of the AGBU Yerevan Scout movement were present at the ceremony. Karen Tirarian, head of the Scout Council, congratulated the new members of the scout movement wishing them success and encouraging them for new achievements.
Hopefully, all their knowledge and skills gained as scouts will be used for kind purposes and hopefully throughout their lives they will rely on the scout rules, principles and the oath that they took in front of the Republic of Armenia and AGBU flags.
The AGBU Yerevan Scout movement was established in 2008. Today it has more than 150 members, who hold weekly meetings at the Arabkir Youth Center of AGBU and Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin.
