Yerevan Interns Get a Crash Course in Karabakh History

On Thursday, July 14, the AGBU Yerevan Summer Intern Program students traveled to the American University of Armenia for a brief history lesson on Karabakh and its history. The group, which traveled to the mountainous republic of Karabakh this weekend, learned about the ancient history of Armenians in the region, the events that lead to the war of independence in the late 20th C., and the current political situation in the nation.
