TV Reports on NOUR Educational Computer Project in Karabakh
We've already reported on the launch of NOUR, a project by Argentinean-Armenian entrepreneur Eduardo Eurnekian's Fruitful Armenia Fund and the Karabakh government with the help of AGBU.
