Southern California Welcomes AGBU President
Via the Manoogian-Demirdjian website:
Scouts, Athletes, Students, Parents, Volunteers, and AGBU Community Leaders were all on hand to welcome Mr. Berge Setrakian, AGBU President, to the AGBU Center in Pasadena on Friday, September 12, 2008. This was an official visit by Mr. Setrakian, invited by the AGBU Asbeds and Southern California District Committee for a town hall meeting for the hundreds of volunteers to meet and greet the President in a town hall environment. Over 600 people were in attendance.
The evenings started with the arrival of the President with his entourage and were greeted with pomp and circumstance by the AGBU Scouts from the San Gabriel and San Fernando Valleys. Student representatives from both Manoogian-Demirdjian School and AGBU High School-Pasadena were on hand to greet the President.
