New York Interns Meet Dynamic Young Entrepreneur
On Wednesday, June 29, former vice president at Credit Suisse and current owner of Juniper Design, Shant Madjarian spoke to NYSIP interns about career paths. He detailed his career as he rose through the ranks of the investment banking world and touched upon why he left a lucrative position to start a new venture in an unpredictable field.
Madjarian emphasized the importance of following one’s passions and finding a related area of interest that one is talented at in order to advance in his or her career. Furthermore, he advised the interns to broaden their skill sets so they will be marketable in changing climates.
