Hollywood Special Effects Artist and War Gods Visionary Roger Kupelian Greets His Enthusiastic Fan Base at AGBU Central Office

AGBU’s NYSIP and University Outreach hosted Roger Kupelian, author of the graphic novel War Gods, on June 27, 2013 at the AGBU Central Office in New York.
Over 100 attendees, including the 2013 NYSIP participants, spent the evening learning all about the experiences and obstacles that Kupelian and his team faced over the past few years while producing the publication. War Gods, which is the first graphic novel of the East of Byzantium series, is a saga of unparalleled bravery. It is the story of exceptional men and women who must pull together a world torn apart by war, religious strife, and lust for power.
Kupelian, who is no stranger to Hollywood, has focused his efforts on writing a second novel and bringing War Gods to life on the silver screen. Kupelian’s Hollywood projects include The Lord of the Rings Trilogy, Men in Black 3, 21 Jump Street, X-Men: First Class, Green Lantern, Alice in Wonderland and Avatar.
Kupelian also graciously signed copies of his book and posed for pictures with his devoted fans.
