AGBU Silver Anniversary Postcard Book (archives)
Recently a small postcard book commemorating the silver anniversary of the organization in 1931 was donated to AGBU Central Office and we couldn't wait to share it with you. Included in this unusual silver jubilee memento are photos of:
- Boghos Nubar Pasha, National Benefactor and Founder of AGBU;
- Van Teachers' College (before it was bombed);
- The First Caravan of Liberated Deportees (Transported by AGBU from As-Salt to Jerusalem); and
- A painting of Mother Armenia Grateful to the Patriotic Armenian Benefactor.
