AGBU President Berge Setrakian talks with His Excellency Karen Nazaryan, the newly appointed Permanent Representative of the Republic of Armenia to the UN, during their meeting at AGBU Central Office in Manhattan.
On September 21, 2009, His Excellency Karen Nazaryan, the newly appointed Permanent Representative of the Republic of Armenia to the United Nations (UN), visited the AGBU Central Office in New York to become better acquainted with AGBU's operations and worldwide programs.
AGBU President Setrakian welcomed Ambassador Nazaryan to AGBU’s midtown Manhattan offices for an informal luncheon discussion including a comprehensive overview of AGBU's worldwide programs and operations, relations between Armenia and the Armenian diaspora, and perspectives on the recent Turkish-Armenian protocols.
Ambassador Nazaryan arrives in New York after serving as Armenia’s ambassador in various countries and in several positions within Armenia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
