Sam Simonian became a co-founder of Inet Technologies, Inc in 1989, a telecommunications company specializing in Network Management and Business Operational Solutions. He was selected Entrepreneur of the Year in 1994 by Inc. magazine, Ernst & Young, and Merrill Lynch. He is also a recipient of the distinguished Ellis Island Medal of Honor in May 2000. Currently, Mr. Simonian serves as President of Epygi Technologies, a privately held US company headquartered in Dallas, Texas, and is a board member of the American University of Armenia. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electric Engineering from the University of Texas. Born in Beirut Lebanon, he currently resides in Dallas, Texas. Mr. Simonian is the founder and developer of the TUMO Center for Creative Technologies in Yerevan, Armenia.
