Aris Atamian, a native of Paris (France) is an Architect by profession and first partner at Fernier & Associés (bachelor degree of Beaux Arts University of Paris). He is the architect of several ministry facilities throughout Paris & France; he is a specialist of green buildings & zero energy constructions. He recently achieved the Cultural Center of China in Paris (first cultural center of China in Europe), on the Quai d’Orsay, for the Popular Republic of China. He has designed projects for celebrities and foreign sovereigns, and has designed the two museums of the presidencies of Mr. François Mitterrand. Mr. Atamian is also an urban designer and architect of the city of Clamecy, a medieval city in Burgundy. He acts as a constructor and counselor architect for Credit Lyonnais, Credit Agricole, BNP & AXA financial institutions. In 1992, he completed one of the largest hotel in Disneyland Paris. At the age of 24, he designed the Alec Manoogian AGBU center in Paris. Mr. Atamian has served on the Board of the Armenian Mekhitarist High School of Paris since 1986. In 2011, he was honored by the President Sarkozy as Chevalier dans l’Ordre National du Mérite for his professional achievements. Currently, Mr. Atamian is implementing the design of the AGBU office center in Yerevan, to be achieved in 2014.
