Samvel Yervinyan

Violinist and Composer

Samvel Yervinyan has performed in solo recitals and with orchestras around the world, featuring such renowned musicians as Luciano Pavarotti and Al Jerome. The American Federation of Musicians acknowledges Mr. Yervinyan as a "violinist of extraordinary ability, as demonstrated by sustained international acclaim."

Samvel Yervinyan was born in Yerevan, Armenia. He began studying violin at the age of 9 at the Spenderian Music School under the tutoring of Armen Minasian. Mr. Yervinyan made his debut with the Armenian Philharmonic Orchestra at age 14, performing Henry Vietan's Violin Concerto No. 2. He then continued his studies at Tchaikovsky's Music Conservatory, under the guidance and tutoring of Maestro Edward Dayan and earned his PhD from Yerevan State Conservatory in 1993.

During this time, Mr. Yervinyan served as the concertmaster of the Yerevan Chamber Orchestra and made numerous appearances on Armenian television and radio. Mr. Yervinyan is especially known for performing over sixty concerts on tour with Yanni's Orchestra from 2003 onwards.

Armen Martirosyan is an accomplished composer and songwriter with vast experience in writing instrumental music in a wide range of genres: academic, jazz, fusion, ethnic, rock and pop, as well as creating award-winning songs for a variety of performers around the world.

Martirosyan is a renowned band-leader with over 30 years experience of conducting performances and recordings of jazz ensembles with international touring experience. He also has over 40 years of expertise in scoring for films and TV, specializing in arrangement, orchestration and musical adaptation.

Martirosyan is a classically trained pianist, music teacher, and piano instructor. An expert in jazz and blues, he has over 40 years experience in playing piano for live and studio performances. He is also skilled in both conventional studio recording and computer-based music production.
